Rental Rates
All bookings require the client to purchase One-day special event insurance through our vendor or through a vendor of your choice, 10 days before your event which is additional to the venue rental rate *Coverage amount is around $120
All bookings require the client to pay a refundable cleaning/damage fee of $170. This fee will be returned to you within 7-14 business days if the entire venue is left clean and without damage. If you choose the option not to clean, this fee will not be returned to you.

Repass Rate
$150 an hour (4-Hour Minimum)
Includes your setup time, event time, and clean-up time.
WEEKEND RENTAL
Includes your setup time, event time, and clean-up time.
Additional time for setup or party time is $100 per hour.

Sat-Sun 12-Hour $1,600
