Rental Rates
All bookings require the client to purchase One-day special event insurance through our vendor or through a vendor of your choice, 10 days before your event which is additional to the venue rental rate *Coverage amount is around $120
All bookings require the client to pay a refundable cleaning/damage fee of $170. This fee will be returned to you within 7-14 business days if the entire venue is left clean and without damage. If you choose the option not to clean, this fee will not be returned to you.

Repass Rate
$150 an hour (4-Hour Minimum)
Includes your setup time, event time, and clean-up time.
WEEKEND RENTAL
Includes your setup time, event time, and clean-up time.
Additional time for setup or party time is $100 per hour.

TO ENSURE A SAFE AND SECURE EVENT, RENTERS MUST OBTAIN SPECIAL EVENT LIABILITY INSURANCE NO LATER THAN TEN (10) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. THE POLICY SHOULD INCLUDE THE PEARSON EVENTS VENUE AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED. INSURANCE CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH EVENTSURED for $120 OR THROUGH A VENDOR OF YOUR CHOICE:

*HOST LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE IS NOT REQUIRED IF USING A LICENSED BARTENDER. HOWEVER, YOU'RE STILL REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THE ONE DAY EVENT INSURANCE.

YES, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF ALCOHOL WILL BE PRESENT ON THE PREMISES, YOU MUST OBTAIN A HOST LIQUOR LIABILITY RIDER WHEN YOU PURCHASE YOUR SPECIAL ONE-DAY EVENT LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY OR HIRE A LICENSED BARTENDER/CATERER. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEE TO ADD THIS TO THE INSURANCE.

No, we do not have a stove or permit cooking in our venue. All food must be prepared before arriving. You can use Sternos and warming trays or hire a caterer.

YES, YOU WILL HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THE REFRIDGERATORS IN OUR BAR/PREP AREA. THIS AREA ALSO HAS A SMALL SINK FOR HANDWASHING AND A MICROWAVE. THIS AREA IS PRIMARILY USED FOR A LICENSED BARTENDER OR TO PREP/SERVE FOOD. THERE IS ALSO AN ICE CHEST FOR YOU TO BRING IN YOUR OWN ICE WHICH CAN BE USED TO COOL DOWN MORE DRINKS OR TO KEEP FOOD COLD.

THERE IS A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY IN THE VENUE. THAT INCLUDES VAPES, HOOKAH OR ANY OTHER SMOKING DEVICES. SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING ONLY. GUESTS CAN SMOKE NEAR THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING, NOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING.

Yes! We can even help you with decor for your full intimate/micro wedding or just with the ceremony or reception.

WE WILL NEED A SIGNED CONTRACT AND A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER OF YOUR TOTAL RENTAL FEE TO SECURE YOUR DATE. The remaining balance of your rental fee is due 14 days before the event. If your event is less than 30 days away, the full balance is due at the time of booking.

IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL TIME IT’S $100 ADDITIONAL PER HOUR. ALL VENDORS, GUESTS, AND ITEMS BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE MUST BE OUT AT THE END OF YOUR RENTAL TIME UNLESS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $100 FOR EACH HOUR THAT GOES OVER THE CONTRACTED TIMEFRAME OR THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR CLEANING FEE WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

AT THE PEARSON EVENTS VENUE, WE UNDERSTAND THAT PLANS MAY CHANGE, AND WHILE WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, WE DO OFFER THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY AND TIME OF THE SAME VALUE IF YOU PROVIDE 30 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. IN CASES WHERE CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE PEARSON EVENTS VENUE OR THE RENTER ARISE, SUCH AS STATE-MANDATED CLOSURES DUE TO A PANDEMIC OR OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS LIKE DEATH OR EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES, THE PEARSON EVENTS VENUE WILL REFUND ALL SUMS PAID, EXCEPT FOR THE RETAINER AND EVENT INSURANCE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DECISION TO GRANT A REFUND WILL BE MADE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PEARSON EVENTS VENUE.

YOUR SETUP, EVENT TIME AND CLEAN-UP TIME IS INCLUDED IN THE VENUE HOURS BOOKED. Example: 2 HOURS SET UP, 3 HOURS EVENT TIME, 1 HOUR CLEANUP.
IF YOU OR YOUR VENDOR /EVENT PLANNER REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME, THAT TIME CAN BE PURCHASED FOR $100 PER HOUR AND MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST BY CASHAPP, VENMO. WE DO NOT ALLOW DECOR SETUP TO BE DONE THE NIGHT BEFORE EXCEPT FOR WEDDINGS or LARGE SCALE EVENTS *SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND THE PEARSON DISCRECTION.

IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF OUR WALLS AND FLOORS, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM USING NAILS, SCREWS, STAPLES, OR ANY OTHER PENETRATING ITEMS. CEILING MAGNETS AND FISHING LINE ARE OKAY TO USE TO HANG THINGS.
ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT GLITTER OR NON-PAPER FOIL CONFETTI IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES.

A 4-DIGIT CODE WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL OR TEXT THE MORNING OF YOUR RESERVATION. YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN THE CODE UNTIL ALL PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

Yes, we allow small to midsize corporate events and workshops at our venue. We sit a max of 60 seated and overall occupancy of 127.
