Rental Rates 

(All bookings require the client to purchase one-day special event insurance*Coverage is around $119)

 Small Business Rental Rate

*Must show proof of online business presence

For workshops, trainings, and other small business events.

Mon-Thursday $75 Per Hour

Friday-Sunday $100 Per Hour

*4 hours max. 4 hours includes 1 hour of set up time, 2 hours of event time, and 1 hour of clean up time.

 Corporate Rental Rate

For workshops, trainings, and other corporate events.

Mon-Thursday $125 Per Hour

Friday-Sunday $150 Per Hour

Full-Day Rental

For weddings or events requiring lots of decor

Includes your setup time, event time, and clean-up time. *Clean-up should be done an hour before your event ends. All vendors, guests, and decor must leave the venue at the end of your allotted rental time.

Half-Day Rental

For events that are D.I.Y (No event planner) or minimal decor

Includes 1 or 2 hours of setup time, 3 or 4 hours of event time, and 1 hour of clean-up time. *Clean-up should be done an hour before your event ends. All vendors, guests, and decor must leave the venue at the end of your allotted rental time. Additional time for setup or party time is $100 per hour.
